Designspace Oy was founded in Helsinki in 2009. Our aim was to create a design studio that combines Nordic minimalism, timeless elegance and strong spatial thinking. We work as principal designer and provide architectural, spatial and interior design.
Over more than 15 years we have grown from a small studio into an established design practice whose work is built on quality as a whole, careful consideration and a deep understanding of how spaces affect people's wellbeing, everyday life and comfort.
We believe that every space tells a story. Our task is to help our clients find and express their own story through their physical surroundings.
We combine architecture, interiors, functionality and materials into a whole that is both visually compelling and practical in use. Every project is an individual entity for us, one we carry through carefully from start to finish.
